This is the proposed by-law change to be voted on the next Larks meeting; August 5th.
The major change is in the dues structure but their are some other changes that need to be considered. This will be a vote to take the entire change as written, not a piece by piece vote. There will be a discussion time at the meeting to answer any questions and considerations.
