May 18th 2010 marks a date in Larks history. To the best of our memory Matt Mullaney is the youngest to solo at Larks (at least in modern history). After about 10 flights on the buddy box Matt did his first solo. The first solo was followed by a second flight and everything went perfectly, us older guys need to watch out... new Top Gun at Larks :)

Matt has no problem doing loops, Immelmans, cuban eights, and inverted flight on his first solo!
Matt gets a big Congrats after landing and taxing back to the pit area.
Well, it's not milk or champagne but you get the idea... so did Matt :)
